Welcome to an oasis of your own! Upon entry, you're greeted by an open kitchen/great rm. Spend quality time together in the air conditioning when you're taking a break from the sun. Head to the backyard for the real focal point of the house to sunbathe, swim in the pool that's open year-round for swimming. Catch a baseball, football basketball game, play a corn hole game, or play a game of golf. Let the kids play on the play equipment. Whatever you do, ENJOY!
Good to know
The 4-bedroom house (private casita w/full bath, acts as 5th bedroom which requires an additional fee, if available) is the perfect getaway for you, your family, and friends. The private casita has its own coded entrance and may be booked by other guests who have no access to the main house or the backyard amenities.

Pool & pool heating disclaimer & indemnification: Guest(s) acknowledges that pool heating for the use of the pool is an optional amenity provided for their comfort and enjoyment and must be requested 24+ hours before the day of check-in. Property owners will activate the pool heater upon the Guest(s)(s) request and the pool heating fee of $85 per day is paid in full. By requesting the pool heating option, Guest(s)(s) agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the pool heater and indemnifies and holds harmless the property owner, hosts, co-hosts, and management from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from the use of the pool heating system. Guest(s)s agree not to touch or tamper with the pool heater or pool equipment and doing so will result in a $500 fee. The property owner(s) host, co-host, and management shall not be responsible for any pool-related injuries or incidents that occur as a result of the use of the pool and/or pool heating system. Guest(s) agrees to use the pool and pool heating system at their own risk and responsibility. NOTE: The camera by the pool can be disconnected during your stay. Please reconnect prior to departing. The dark gray equinox in the gravel is the owners vehicle. Please do not block in.
